For printed materials returns are accepted in the event of flaws or damage within 30 days of purchase. For digital downloads, returns/refunds are not provided.
Returns: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products, we offer a full refund. Send an email to arleyart.com@gmail.com. Please note that returns can only be claimed within 7 business days after the order delivery date recorded by our system.
Cancellations & Refunds: Any cancellations will not incur any administration fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Lost Packages: We advise you to kindly get in touch with the carrier service if you have any questions regarding lost packages.
Damages: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send clear photos of the damage and the original packaging to arleyart.com@gmail.com and we will process a full refund on your behalf.
